Apple Healthcare Inc. offers a variety of short to long-term healthcare services to aide our clients during times of medical need and recovery. We have striven to offer the same high quality care that patients have come to expect from their local care facilities by offering a wide array of healthcare services in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. We welcome Physicians, Patients (relatives), and medical professionals to experience the relief of dealing with a centralized network of established medical professionals that offer the numerous therapeutic and medical services each patient may require; including skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapies, infusion therapy, and hospice care.

You can be confident that our team of highly credentialed, carefully selected and screened staff will work with patients and their physicians to develop a plan of care that will respect and meet their individual needs, which may include: home health nurses / aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, medical social workers, chaplains and pharmacists.

Skilled Nursing

In-home nursing care encompasses a wide variety of health services. Registered nurses can assist patients by providing education on an existing or new diagnosis, monitoring and teaching about medications, addressing home safety issues, and teaching caregivers. Specialized services include: medication regimens, wound care and treatment, infection prevention, injections / IV infusions and IV care, antibiotic therapy, venipunctures, home and portable Oxygen safety / management and maintenance, Bowel/Bladder training: including Foley Catheter care / maintenance, Enteral nutrition and training, Nasopharyngeal and Ostomy care (teaching and maintenance), Pre and Post Operative care and preparation, nutrition and diet, pain management / relaxation and energy conservation.

Certified Home Health Aides

Home Health Aides can often be a lifeline for many home health patients. Aides assist patient throughout their daily activities by assisting them with personal care and hygiene, skin / foot care, grooming, bathing, ambulation, exercise, and light housekeeping.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists assist patients whose mental abilities and / or motor skills have been impaired by normal aging, illness, developmental disability or injury. Possible Therapy include: Activities to improve memory and time management, adaptation training for impaired vision / hearing, adaptation to environment and medical devices, and energy conservation / efficiency training for ADLS/IADLS.

Respiratory Therapy

Respiratory Therapists provide treatment and training to patients suffering from chronic pulmonary diseases. Therapists also assist patients with aerosol therapy, oxygen and other home healthcare equipment and setups of said equipment such as ventilators (invasive/noninvasive) and monitors (i.e. nocturnal Oxygen saturation monitors).

Medical Social Work

Medical Social Workers assist patients and their families adjust to emotional and social changes associated with their medical condition. Social workers also assist patients in obtaining the resources offered by their community designed to assist them in their home and neighborhood such as home-delivered meals or transportation.
